2. Prague At a Glance in two half days

This walk divides the city into two sections - one side of the river and the other - and gives you more time for exploring. It includes some interiors of the sights. That it is the Castle complex (interiors - f.e. St.Vitus Cathedral, Old Royal Palace, Golden Lane), the Lesser Town and the Charles Bridge one day, and the Old, New and Jewish Town (interiors of the Jewish Museum - some synagogues, Old Jewish cemetery) the other day.

Public transportation and walking on flat surfaces and/or downhill. Cobblestones.

Note: In the Castle area, you will cover the Cathedral and the Prague Castle main interiors (included in the Small ticket) with your guide. You can also buy the Big ticket and do the main interiors of the Castle complex with the guide, and the rest (of sites in the Big ticket) you can do easily on your own. The ticket is valid for two days.

NOTE!
The
Golden Lane will be closed from 1 May 2010 due to an extensive reconstruction of the road and historical houses there. Instead, you will have a chance to see unique interiors of the Rosenberg Palace. The Rosenberg Palace (later Institute of Noblewomen) – interiors of chapel of the Holy Trinity and Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary and a greatly restored Renaissance Rosenberg Hall will be accessible. One part of the Rosenberg Palace will be furnished like an apartment of a noble lady living in the Institute - the exhibition, evoking the life of an unmarried noble lady will consist of 60 items in popular Biedermeier and second rococo styles.
The admission fee for the Rosenberg Palace will be included in entrance tickets of Prague Castle (long tour and short tour).
